Ricota Stuffed Tomatoes

Red Glove thought that she could trust the instincts and taste senses of other SuperFoodyHeroes. And usually she can.

But this time... both Spatula Girl and Red Glove were lost for words upon replicating the recipe of not 1, but 3 other heroes.

The Ricota Stuffed Tomatoes indulged in by Pastor Ryan, Stacey, and Pam excited Red Glove tremendously. Destroy the health benefits of tomatoes with sinfully creamy ricotta cheese? It made her shiver in her glove.

You begin by cutting them in half and letting some of the vitamin enriched juices leak out onto a piece of tissue that goes into the garbage.

Then while juice is leaking, mix the ricotta cheese with parsley, salt etc. (refer to other SuperFoodyHeroes for full ingredient list, as this recipe is not endorsed by Spatula Girl and Red Glove)

Proceed to stuff tomatoes. (Red Glove had too much stuffing, so she also stuffed a few mushrooms. Ah the ingenuity of waste)

Then beat tomatoes down onto some crumbs. (See how excited Red Glove originally was. All the photos. The glory. The anticipation!)

Oven the things and wait. Open oven, receive beautiful smell. (so cheating one)

Bite.

...

Okay...

Oh that's creamy...

The cheese is so bland...

These crumbs don't add any stupid crunch, there's too much creamyness for any crunch.

...

Shit... 7 more?

It wasn't the size of the tomatoes used, as even the tiny stuffed mushrooms were overly creamy. Ricotta is striked off the list of cheeses Red Glove will ever use. Ricotta stuffed tomatoes are striked of potential dinner party entrees. Taste buds are on strike for the night.
