Tired superheroes came home from their secret 6-10pm identities to discover a kitchen swamped by the blood of a watermelon.
The victim was a 3 dollar sell off from the Gepps Cross market. It's short life, with a purpose never fulfilled, culminated in splatter all over Balmoral headquarters. Half the melon appeared to have spontaneously combusted from the inside, leaking soft yellow. Murder theories have been posited, but little evidence has been found to substantiate these claims.
No pictures were taken at the scene, as reporters were scattered by superhero powers. Disposing of evidence came first and foremost.

Ross's Scones
Ross the Aussie Redneck.
He kebabs, bakes and loves vegetables.
And he taught Spatula Girl and Red Glove to make absolutely delicious scones.
Teh Ingredients:
And the hastily jotted instructions:
And so begun a Super powered 30 minutes of kneading, throwing, laughing and baking.
That culminated in:
Scones need to be broken in half, their heavenly aroma inhaled, before being spread with Boysenberry Jam, and dolloped with cream.
A 10/10 recipe, which these Superfoody Heroes have so far failed to reproduce with every attempt. Sigh. Attempt 1 die, 2 die, 3 also died. Ross the Aussie Redneck's powers are too great to replicate. Must suppress natural Superhero arrogance and beg for more scones.

The new love of Red Glove's life entered the family today.
Be nice and say hello.
Kids, don't try this at home. Why? Your momma will smack you.
